More or less finished version of my take on Glorfindel :). I had a lot of fun doing his outfit... Esp. the armour and his sleeves. He's not actually " finished-finished," as I'm pondering whether I should put a bow/sword in his outstretched hand... I couldn't make up my mind before, though I was definitely planning on putting *something* there, College has begun again though, so I know I won't have time until maybe er...the summer XD. Anyway, Glorfindel of Gondolin.. my fav. LotR character who got cut from the movies ;_;. Yes he is riding Asfaloth who you can't see, and I slacked on ;_;. Hope you like~. I'll add detail shots later!

Wow! This is an amaizing depiction of Glorfindel, I was quite upset that he wasn't in the movie. But here he is now and just as elvishley (I don't think thats a word but who cares!) beautiful as ever!!!

perhaps reins to go in his hands? with the placement of the hands already a bow and arrow wouldnt really seem to work, and with a sword hed have to be touching some part of the blade, which, when riding may cause the risk of cutting himself. but thats just my personal opinion. its a fabulous painting. im going to put it in my box of awesomeness.
